ebooks-ai.it.com sells exclusively digital products. There is no physical shipping involved in any order.

DIGITAL DELIVERY
All products — including ebooks, guides, prompt libraries, and tool access — are delivered digitally. Upon successful payment, you will receive:

- An automated email confirmation to the address provided at checkout
- A download link or access credentials, typically delivered within minutes

Delivery is immediate in most cases. In rare circumstances (e.g. payment processing delays), delivery may take up to 24 hours.

DELIVERY ISSUES
If you have not received your product within 24 hours of purchase, please check:

- That the email address entered at checkout was correct
