Refund policy

At ebooks-ai.it.com, operated by NIAMH PATRICIA DOYLE, 17 The Crescent, Newcastle, Galway, H91 X4F2, Ireland — we sell digital products including AI ebooks, AI knowledge guides, and AI-related software tools. Due to the nature of digital goods, our refund policy is as follows.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO RETURNS
All products sold on ebooks-ai.it.com are digital (downloadable) and are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because digital goods cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, all sales are final once a download link has been accessed or the product has been delivered.

We do not offer refunds for:
- Ebooks or PDF guides that have been downloaded or accessed
- AI tool licences or software access that has been activated
- Bundled digital packages where any component has been accessed

EXCEPTIONS
We will provide a full refund in the following situations:
- You were charged more than once for the same product
- The product was never delivered and you did not receive a download link within 24 hours
- The product file is corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement
- The product description was materially misleading and the product does not match what was advertised

To request a refund under these exceptions, contact us at shopify@promptiify.net within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

CHARGEBACKS
If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest the dispute and provide all purchase records to the payment processor.
